On October 15, 2008, Cleveland-Cliffs announced its intentions to change its name to Cliffs Natural Resources, and adopt a new corporate logo and visual identity.  As we enter a new era of global expansion and product diversification, we believe the name "Cliffs Natural Resources" will promote understanding of our strategy and vision among prospective customers, partners and capital providers, especially in new markets and overseas.
